Thanks for stopping by! Sometimes I write the words, sometimes I make the things, and sometimes I just want to stare at the wall and finish a sleeve of Oreos.

Either way, I’m so glad you stopped by and I hope you’ll stick around for a bit! I haven’t written very many posts in the last few months, but there are a lot of blog posts over here to keep you busy.

Jesus is doing a number on my heart and this is the place where I process it and pour it back out.

I’m married to my best friend, boyfriend, and fellow Red Wing boot lover. We recently celebrated our 14th anniversary and it just keeps getting better each year. Seriously.

We’re raising two Golden Retrievers, 9 year old Lucy and 4 year old Dakota.

After attempting to build our family for more than eight years, we prayed for a baby or peace to enter our home. Peace flooded in like I can’t even describe, so it’s been a few years since we’ve pursued anything besides Jesus. It’s the most beautiful season.

Whether it’s me babbling about how terrible I am at turning down a fifth chocolate chip cookie or walking the long road of infertility, it will all be worth sharing if even one person finds encouragement here. Writing, editing, and researching takes several hours each week, sometimes much more. But I will be obedient to the calling and passion the Father has placed on my heart and share what the Spirit is pouring out through me through this platform.
