Minimums:
$150 Opening Order
$100 Minimum Reorder
Turnaround Time:
Order processing time is 2 to 4 weeks, however this time estimate may vary based on the holiday and/or location. Shipping date will be confirmed once you place your order. You can also email juliehillsblog@gmail.com prior to placing your order for an estimated shipping date.
Payment & Shipping:
Please note that orders do not begin processing and will not ship until full payment has been received. All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Pickup for local orders can be arranged and no shipping charges will apply.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10. All orders over $150 include FREE shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Carrollton, TX. If you prefer an alternate shipping carrier, let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate. If shipments are returned to Julie Hills unclaimed or refused, we cannot refund orders or shipping charges. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email to juliehillsblog@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders will go to print 12 hours after the order is placed. For returns on damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email me within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused.

Custom Order Requests:
Looking for something a little different than what you see here? Simply email me at juliehillsblog@gmail.com. Minimum quantities for custom orders are at least one set of 50 items, plus a design fee of $40/hour.
If you are interested in a custom design or private label production, please email me with your product specifications for more information and custom pricing.
Some ideas of custom orders include:
- Custom sticker designs to match your store's brand
- Texas-themed cards aligned to your city (i.e. historic or popular landmarks in your city)
